Navigate to your Pipeline and click on the "loan number"

Navigate to the "Overview" tab, "Borrower" section.  The Borrowers should be listed separately when there is a non-occupant co-borrower. This will be indicated by a single silhouette under the co-borrower. \

If there are multiple borrowers on the transaction, ensure the non-occupant borrower is NOT listed as the main (primary) borrower.

Ensure the "Applicant Type" is set to **"Borrower"** to pull or reissue credit for your non-occupant co-borrower. You can change the "Applicant Type" to Co Signer ( if applicable) **AFTER** credit is run within the loan file.

You will continue through the loan application to ensure complete application details for the non-occupant co-borrower. Click the "Loan Application" tab

Click "Edit" in the top right corner of the screen

Click on the "non-occupant co borrower's" name

Enter the non-occupant co-borrower's current address

Select the applicable "Residency Type" from the dropdown

"Residency Duration" will require a 2-year history

Click the "Income" tab to update the income for the non-occupant co-borrower as applicable

After the credit is pulled or reissued, if there is a mortgage liability, it will populate here.

You will have the ability to link the liability to the REO **AFTER** it is added in the "REO" section of the "Loan Application"

Don't forget to click **"Save Changes"** after making any updates

If the non-occupant co-borrower owns their primary residence, click "REO" to add the primary residence

Update the "Current" toggle for their primary residence

If there is not a mortgage on their primary residence. Update the expense amounts ( HOA, Insurance, taxes) in the **"Ins & \
Tax Expense Field**

Click "Save" in the top right corner of the screen
