Add your comments in the event of approval or rejection. For approval, you may include a note of appreciation. In the case of rejection, you can provide reasons for the rejection or include any relevant details if you wish to file a grievance.

Click "Accept" to approve the evaluation, and it will be finalized.

Click "Grievance" to restart the process, which will then be sent back to the manager.
