How to Filter the Priority level in of Work Order in List View?

Log into the Admin Portal

Click on "Tenant Management" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navgation

To find out the Priority level of the work order click on the Filter option beside the "Priority" menu

There are 4 levels of Priority in the work order marked as color in Green,Blue, Yellow, and Red. When you tick mark the box beside the "Low" icon & then choose "FILTER"

The work orders will turn up in "Green" which signifies the "Low" level of Priority
