Navigate to your Streamline site and [sign in](https://scribehow.com/shared/Sign_In_to_Your_Streamline_Site__XPqANbhzRyGIyiOzZC-37A). Then in the form editor, add a new field or find the field you want to change. In the form editor find the field where you want users to select from multiple options. Change the field type  to "Checkboxes/Radios" by clicking this dropdown.

Next, Click "Configure" on the right to edit the options users will have for this field.

Type in option 1, and then click add option to add as many additional options as you require. \

*(Note: You can change the order at any time by pressing and holding the up and down arrow to the left of the options and dragging the options up and down).*

Now, decide whether you want to users to have to choose one option, or be able to select multiple options. For **multiple options**, select **checkboxes**. If they need to **choose one** of the options given, select **radio buttons**.

 Use checkbox(es) - allows multiple selections

 Use radios button(s) - allows a single selection

Click "Save and close" \
