How to Generate Tenant Contact Report

This guide shows how to quickly pull a Tenant Contact Report so you can view or export a consolidated list of tenant names, contact types, emails, phone numbers, and addresses for a specific property or all properties. It’s useful for updating records, outreach, or sharing contact data in Excel/PDF. Follow it to generate and export the report in minutes.

From the navigation menu, select **Reports.**

Select the **Select a Report** dropdown menu.\ \ **NOTE:** **Your dropdown options may have different Reports based on your access or any custom reports the RAAMP team builds for you.**

Select **Tenant Contact Report.**

Select a **Property/Company** or **- ALL -** based on your need.

If you plan to export the report as a PDF, **select PDF Page Settings** > Select the **preferred PDF settings.**

Select **Generate Report.**

The generated report will show each contact, type of contact, email, phone number, and address.
