How to Generate Tenant Invoicing Schedule Report

This guide shows how to quickly generate and export a Tenant Invoicing Schedule so you can see upcoming tenant charges and monthly amounts due across selected properties or the whole company. It highlights date range and property selection steps, how to run the report, and how to export results to Excel or PDF for sharing or recordkeeping.

From the navigation menu, select **Reports.**

Select the **Select a Report** dropdown menu.\ \ **NOTE:** Your dropdown options may have different Reports based on your access or any custom reports the RAAMP team builds for you.

Select **Tenant Invoicing Schedule Report.**

Select a **Property/Company** or **- ALL -** based on your need.

Select the **Start Date field** > Enter the **start date**.

Select the **End Date field** > Enter the **end date.**

If you plan to export the report as a PDF, **select PDF Page Settings** > Select the **preferred PDF settings.**

Click **Generate Report.**

The generated report will show the Property, Tenant, Charge, Monthly amount due.

To export, select the icon for the preferred file type (Excel or PDF).
