How to Generate a Keydates Report

This guide shows how to run a Keydates Report to quickly extract time‑bound events for specific properties and tenants. It explains choosing the report, filtering by property and date range, and selecting which property- and tenant-level fields to include. Follow it to produce a tailored, date‑filtered export of key deadlines and milestones.

How to Generate Keydates Report

From the navigation menu, select **Reports.**

Select the **Select a Report** dropdown > Under the **General** section, select **Keydates Report**.\ \ **NOTE:** Your dropdown options may have different Reports based on your access or any custom reports the RAAMP team builds for you.

Select the **Property** dropdown menu > Select the **property/properties** you need a report for.

Select the report **Start Date** and **End Date**.

Select the **Property** tab > Select the **preferred** checkboxes > Leave the checkboxes unselected if you do not want them on the report.

Select the **Tenant** tab > Select the **preferred** checkboxes > Leave the checkboxes unselected if you do not want them on the report.

Select the **PDF Page Settings** tab to set page layout preferences.

After all **settings** are confirmed, select **Generate Report**.

Keydates Report View Select **Report Settings** to revise the report settings. Select the **Excel** or **PDF** icon to export the report.
