Use the Universal Search Function to search up your candidate - You can search by their First Name, Last Name, or Email.

When you've found your candidate, click on their name.

Select a Report Type under 'What's the goal?'

Choose the type of report you'd like to generate.

If a comparison report, select from one of your available Positions.

Don't see your Position in this list? It could be that it's not setup correctly!
