How to Generate a Sales Invoice

Learn how to efficiently manage your billing process by creating and distributing sales invoices through the Journease platform. This guide simplifies the navigation and filter application steps required to ensure your invoices reach your customers promptly.

Journease

Click "Sales Invoices" in side menu > Select "Create Invoices".

You can use the filters to show certain Jobs by customer name, Invoice frequency, Depot, by date and the "Hide if on Live Console" tickbox.\ Click "Apply Invoice Filters"

Select checkbox for the jobs you wish to invoice.\ You can select multiple jobs & multiple customers in the same invoice run.\ If selecting all jobs in sequence, you can hold shift and click on the top row, hold shift and click on the bottom row to highlight all rows. Then Press the Mark Selected tickbox to select all selected jobs.

Select "Commit Invoice(s)" checkbox to commit these jobs to be invoiced.\ Select "Email Invoice(s)" checkbox to email the invoices to the customer's accounts email. \ If left unchecked, it will download a PDF Copy of the Invoice to your PC.\ Select your preferred Invoice Template.

"Combined Invoice" will add all Jobs onto the same Invoice for a customer, if multiple are selected.\ "Detailed Invoice" will create a separate Invoice for each Job, if multiple jobs are selected.

Click Save to confirm changes.

Click Run to generate and email (if selected) the invoices.
