Log in to your brokerage's system as a System Admin user. 

Click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu. 

Click "Accounting" in the dropdown menu. 

Click "Transactions By Tag" in the side menu. 

Click "Current Year" to release the dropdown menu. 

In this example, we'll generate a report for Closed Transactions that occurred during 2022. Click "Last Year" in the dropdown menu and the date fields will automatically populate the appropriate timeframe. 

Select the "Tags" icon. The number in the upper right corner of the icon displays the number of transaction tags available in the report. 

Mark the checkbox next to the relevant transaction tags. 

Click the "Run Report" button to generate the report. 

This Transactions by Tag Report will display all of the transaction data for closed transactions along with the Total Sales Volume, Total Sides, Total GCI, Total Brokerage Gross, and Total Brokerage Net amounts. 

The report includes a table that displays all transaction types along with the transaction tags. It also breaks down all sides represented and provides a total side count and volume based on your brokerage's rules.

You can click any cell in the table to trigger an additional row that includes additional transaction data. Note that clicking the address displayed in the "Address" column will forward you to the "Edit Transaction" page.
