How to Generate an AR Aging Report

This guide quickly shows how to run an AP Aging report so you can see outstanding vendor balances. It highlights where to find the report, how to choose property or company scope, and how to set PDF export options before generating. Use it to produce a ready-to-share aging summary for review, payment planning, or audit.

How to Generate an AP Aging Report

From the navigation menu, select **Reports.**

Select the **Select a Report** dropdown menu.\ \ **NOTE:** Your dropdown options may have different Reports based on your access or any custom reports the RAAMP team builds for you.

Select **AP Aging.**

Select a **Property/Company** or **- ALL -** based on your need.

If you plan to export the report as a PDF, **select PDF Page Settings** > Select the **preferred PDF settings.**

Select **Generate Report.**

The report will generate and be grouped by days outstanding.
