Log in to your brokerage's system as a System Admin user. 

Click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu, then click "Accounting" and "Agent Payment Profile" from the side menu. 

The Agent Payment Profile Report allows you to review an active agent's payment profile in the system. It provides a snapshot of their saved payment methods, open, and unpaid invoice balances. You can utilize the different search bars to locate the desired agent profile. You can search via name, office, saved credit card, autopay, and account hold. 

 In this example, we'll review Amy Agent's profile. Click the "Agent Name" search bar and then select "Amy Agent" from the dropdown menu. 

After isolating Amy's payment profile in the table you can see that Amy has over 19 invoices that are due to be paid, the amount due, and that she has no saved credit card on file so the Autopay feature has been disabled.

To review additional data, click the green "Plus" icon and an additional row will appear. 

This new row shows that Amy doesn't have an account hold. Click the "Action" button. 

This button includes a "Profile Detail" window that displays a break down of her accounts receivable balance by different aging periods. Any saved credit card information is listed along with its expiration date. 

One table displays changes in her Autopay settings while the other includes a log of holds put on her account. At the very bottom of the window you'll see that you have the option to enable or disable the account hold feature. If an "Account Hold" is enabled the user will be unable to order any Marketing & Service items.  

Click the "Close" button to exit the window. 

To download a copy of the report click the "Download as CSV / Excel" button.
