Log in to your brokerage's system as a System Admin user. 

Click "Reports" in the main dashboard menu. 

Click "Transaction" in the dropdown menu. 

Click "Under Contract Forecast" in the side menu. 

Utilize the search filters to specify the timeframe for the report. Click the "Building" icon to select the offices you wish to include in the report. 

Check the box for the "San Antonio" office. Click "Close."

The report begins with several tiles displaying information regarding the offices' transaction and sales data. Each tile breaks down the number of pending and closed transactions associated with the figures shown.

There are bar charts that display the potential future earnings for transactions currently under contract.

The Under Contract Forecast table displays all of the brokerage's pending transactions within the selected date range. You can search the table using the Tags search filter. 

If you want to review a specific transaction, you can click the green "Plus" icon to release a row with additional data. 

This new row includes data that forecasts potential earnings for the brokerage.
