How to Handle Documents on the Tenant Details Page? (Tenant Management)

    Tip- "In this informational article about document management in the tenant management section, you'll find it divided into four sections with its own set of privacies & features."
    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Click on "**Tenant Management**" dropdown under "**Administration**" on the left navigation
    Click on "**Tenant**" under "**Tenant Management**" dropdown on the left navigation
    Search for the tenant by entering their details in the "**Search**" field on the "Tenant/List" page.
    Navigate to the "Tenant Details" page by clicking on the **tenant's name.**
    Once into the "**Tenant Details**" page, click on the menu labeled "**Documents**" to expand/collapse
    Or click on the downward "**Arrow**" sign by clicking on to expand/collapse
    "**Documents uploaded by tenant**" refers to the attachments or documents that have been uploaded by the tenant through the tenant portal.
    "**Documents uploaded by admin (public)**" refers to the documents/attachments that have been uploaded by the admin .
    Alert- Tenants will have to proprty/public documents . Documents shared/uploaded here can be viewed and downloaded by tenants
    You can upload documents/attachments by clicking on the "**Upload**" sign. You also can delete them by clicking on the "**Trash**" icon beside them
    Click on **"+" sign** to upload the document/attachment. Finish by clicking on the "**Upload**" icon after choosing the document/attachment
    Alert- You can upload 3 files at a time.
    **"Documents uploaded by admin (private)**" refers to the attachments or documents that can only be accessed by the admin & the owner.
    Alert- Tenant can not view these documents. Only admin and owner has access.
    The functionality for uploading and deleting documents or attachments in the **"Documents uploaded by admin (private)**" section mirrors that of the previous description.
    **"Documents uploaded by admin (full private)**" refers to the attachments or documents that can only be accessed by the admin
    Alert- Tenant & owner can not view these documents. Only admins have access.
    The upload and deletion functionalities for documents or attachments in the **"Documents uploaded by admin (full private)**" section are identical to those described previously.
