RAAMP Budgets give you the ability to import actuals for a specific Account row, month column, or actuals from previous years. **Recommended Workflow** 1. Import historical Actuals first. 2. After actuals are imported, import Base Rent. 3. Then import CAM Recovery Estimates. Importing rents after actuals ensures projected rent values replace historical rent amounts instead of being overwritten by the actual import.

How to Navigate to Budgets

From the navigation menu, Select **Accounting >** Select **Tools >** Select **Budgets.**

From the **Accounting module**, select the **Tools** tab > Select **Budgets.**

How to Import Actuals for an Account Row

Select the row's **import** icon.

The **Import data** modal will appear > Complete the **information** > Select **Import**.

How to Import Actuals for a Column

Select the column's **import** icon.

The **Import data** modal will appear > Complete the **information** > Select **Import**. The modal will allow you to import the actuals from a specific month or apply an adjustment to manipulate the imported values.
