As a Club Admin, login to BowlsLink and navigate to Competitions

From the available Competitions, select the event which you are wanting to import the Fixture.

Generate Fixtures By: Importing a Template

Click "Choose File" and search your device for the desired file. 

Note, the file types uploaded must be CSV (XLS files will not work with the upload).

Once uploaded, this will display the file uploaded and detail any errors

If the template is successful it will say 'Generating fixtures... OK!'

Next, finalise the settings of the imported fixtures. Note, they do not need to be publishable immediately to allow for any edits.

**Section Settings -** This will allow you to name each section as desired

**Round Settings -** If your event has multiple rounds across multiple days, you can set the dates and times they begin.

Click **Quick Fill mode (lightening arrow)** to auto fill the remaining rounds (if needed).

**Quick-filling Rounds -** Set how many days between rounds, start time and if any dates need to be skipped, then click Apply

**Other Settings -** this will allow you to set Auto-Mapping settings (**Note: Auto mapping strategy is only used for Finals)** Options are Randomised or On-Demand.

Once Mapping strategy is selected, click Save and move onto the **Parameters**.

**Parameters -** Fixtures based on imported templates have no parameters - Click Save

**Details -** If all details are set, you can make the fixtures published by switching the toggle to Yes and Click Save

The Published Fixtures will now display in the **Final** tab and any drafts will appear in **Draft.**
