To get started with importing scores into a 1-on-1 cycle, navigate to 1-on-1s under Administration.

Choose the 1-on-1 cycle where you'd like to import scores.

Click "+ Advanced" in the top right corner.

Import Scores

Import final scores to appear to the end users as the final score of the 1-on-1.

Click "How will this look in 1-on-1s?" to preview how the imported scores will look in a 1-on-1.

Enter a sample Rating and Description to preview how they will appear.

Review the preview to get familiar with the format.

Once you're ready to import scores into a 1-on-1, click "Download Sample" to begin.

Click "Next" once you've downloaded the sample file.

In the downloaded CSV file, **enter** the **scores** (shown in yellow) and **descriptions** (shown in green), then **save** your changes.

For the best experience, we recommend completing both the Score and Description columns. However, you can choose to import only Scores or only Descriptions if needed. 

Scores can be entered in whatever format works best for your organization, and common examples include "90", "90/100", "4/5", or "90%".

Click "Browse…" to locate your saved file.

Once you've located the file, click here to upload it.

If you encounter an **error** due to invalid data in your uploaded file, you can learn more in the next few slides. 

If your upload was **successful**, feel free to skip the next four slides to continue on.

To learn how to fix any errors, click "Download Error Details." The report will help you identify what needs to be corrected.

Once you've resolved the errors in the file, save it and upload it again by clicking "Browse…"

If your upload is successful, a blue banner will appear confirming the number of scores detected.

Click "Assign scores to X 1-on-1s" to complete the import. The number indicates how many scores were found in your file and will be added to 1-on-1s.

When the import is complete, you can either click "Back to Cycle" to return to 1-on-1s or restart the process by selecting "Import Another File".

To view the newly imported scores, click "1-on-1s".

Choose the cycle you imported scores into.
