Access the Admin Portal by logging in.
Go to the **"Tenant Management"** dropdown under "Administration" on the left side navigation

Click on "**Tenant**"

Search for the tenant and click on the "**Arrow**" icon to get into the tenant profile

Click on the "**Action**" button dropdown

Click on **"Rent History"**

Set the "**New Start Date**" . The new rent will be effective from the **date** you set here

Set the **"New Rent Amount**" here

Click on this "**Save**" icon to save the changes.
