To start, navigate to the process you wish to add the link to and open it.

In this example, we are going inside the detailed view of this whatbox to create the link.

To do this, I click the drop-down arrow.

Double click the whatbox you wish to add a link to in order to open and edit the text.

Highlight either a section of the text or the entire text that you wish to add a link to. Click the "link" icon to open the "Insert link" window.

Here you will see the "Insert link" window. This lets you link to many different formats.

Click the "Current process" tab.

In the "Select Box" window, find the process you wish to link to. In this case I will select "Job offer accepted by candidate (Whybox)".

You can check the "Open link in new tab?" option if you wish for the link to open in a new tab when clicked.

🔗 You will now have a link on your whatbox that when clicked, takes you to another whatbox in your process! Make sure to exit Edit mode to test and click the link.
