Log into the Admin Portal
Click on "Prospective Tenants" under "Sales & Marketing" on the left navigation

Choose the Prospective Tenant that you want to email the covid screening form\
& click on "View Details" under "Action" column

Scroll until the "Covid Screening" section & click the email icon

Click the "Enter email" field to put the email address of the prospective tenant

Click on "Send Email" to finish up

Once the email is sent the email would pop up just like this with a passcode
