How to Invite a New User in ProjectMark

Learn how to add new users to your organization within ProjectMark. This guide walks you through assigning teams, module access, user permissions, and inviting users to the platform.

Projectmark

Select [[User & Office Management]] in the sidebar.

Click [[User Management]].

⚠️ Important: Click [[Add to All Modules]] if the user should have access across the entire platform. Otherwise, they will only have access to the selected module.

A new Pop-Up opens up. Click [[Member List]] dropdown.

Click [[Invite User]]

Type the user’s name into the [[Name]] field.

Type the user’s email address into the [[Email]] field.

Click [[Add Team Member]].

Select the user from the member list.

Select the appropriate opportunities for the user. Choose [[General]] to give access to all opportunities.

Select the appropriate user permissions under [[User Type]].

Click [[Add User]] to finish.

The new user will appear in the member list with a [[Waiting]] status until they accept the invitation.
