How to Join a Remote Support Session

Click on the "Monitor" icon at the bottom of the screen.

We will provide the Session ID, enter this into the "Session ID" field, then enter your name and click "Join Session"

Read through the terms and once you're happy click "Agree and Download"

This will then download the application below, click on this to open.
If this doesn't show automatically then please go to your downloads folder or press Ctrl + J

It will then initiate the setup

Click "Join" once that has done.

You should now be connected with the support agent as indicated by the "Zoho Assist" widget in the bottom right of the screen. At this point they will be able to both see and control your screen.

When finished you should receive the following once the session has closed.
