Navigate to <https://bankwithchoice.com/>and Click **Login**

Upon first login (and whenever you login using a NEW device) you will be prompted with an extra layer of security. Click **Continue with Security Code**

**Select your phone number**. (If you don't recognize any of the phone numbers, verify the Company ID and User ID are correct. Select either **Call** or **Text** and click **Continue**

Enter the **one-time security code** that was texted or called to you. Click **Submit**

Enter your **Password** and Click **Sign In**

Enter **"Password".** Your Password will be provided to you by Choice Bank if you are the Primary Administrator. If you aren't the Primary Administrator, they (the Primary Administrator) will need to provide you with your password.

You will be prompted to set a **new** password. Follow the instructions on the screen to create your own new password

You will receive a confirmation that your password was changed, then click **Continue** to login to Online Banking
