Navigate to [https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/contacts/](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/contacts/)

Click the "Contacts" icon in the left toolbar.

Enter your client or prospect's preferred first name and last name.

The birthdate is not a required field when creating a contact, but you can add it if it is available. You can also specify your client's language preference. **Enter at least one one piece of contact information.**

If you are entering the client's Medicare information, please be sure the details match their Medicare card exactly.

Through the Add contact view, you're able to go back and forth with each tab during the entire process.

Click the "Yes" if your contact has Chronic Conditions to see a list of options.

Click "Continue" once you've added each condition.

We've also added a more in-depth option for additional assistance. Click the "Yes" field for each respective option related to your contact.

Click the "$4.50 generic / $11.20 brand" field.

When creating a new contact, you can also include which parts of the Communications you'd like them to be opted out of, as well as any of the Client Retention Program engagements.

Click "Save & exit" once fully done adding all the information for your contact.

Under "Healthcare" you can add additional details on their Prescriptions, Pharmacies, and Physicians.

Under "Medicare", you'll see additional details now listed out further related to their current Medicare policy, as well as the additional programs and conditions.
