How to Modify Tenant Contact Information in the Mi Property Portal? (Tenant Management Section)

    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Click on "**Tenant Management**" **dropdown** under "**Administration**" on the left navigation
    Click on "**Tenant**" under "**Tenant Management" dropdown** on the left navigation
    Search for the tenant by entering their details in the "**Search**" field on the "Tenant/List" page.
    Navigate to the "Tenant Details" page by clicking on the **tenant's name.**
    Once into the "Tenant Details" page, click on the dropdown menu labeled "**Action**" located on the right side of the screen.
    Select the "**Edit Tenant Info**" option.
    When attempting to update the tenant information, you will notice that the **"Primary Email**" field is not editable.
    To modify or update the primary email, ensure to select the checkbox next to "**Update tenant email**."
    While changing the primary email under the "**Primary Email**" field you will see a notification - "Tenant is a registered portal user. Changing the email will change the tenant login also and tenant will need to use the new email to login"
    Alert- When you update an email address with a new one, it alters the tenant login and necessitates the tenant to utilize the new email for logging in
    Select the "**Primary Phone**" field to modify or update the phone number.
    You can put an additional email address under "**Email**" field
    Add any comments or observations regarding the additional email in the "**Note**" field.
    Follow the same procedure if you need to add **additional email addresses.**
    If you need to add notes with comments or observations regarding additional email addresses, **repeat the process similarly.**
    Click on "**Update**" to finish up
