On the left hand column, scroll down to "Parking", click on it.

Click "Pre-Approved Overnight Street Parking Permit"

Click the "Existing User" field, if you have your user name and password available. Otherwise, click on "Create new account".

Type "[your email address](mailto:johnsmith@stthomas.ca)"

Enter in your personal information, including home address and phone number.

Type "your full address", spelled out and no spaces, ie. "545TALBOTSTREET".

This is where you add your license plate details. Click "Click to add"

Either add additional license plates, once license plate details have been added, click "Next".

The next screen will be the payment screen. Payment can be made by VISA or Mastercard. The system does not allow for processing with VISA debit cards. If you have a VISA debit, please come into City Hall and you can pay your permit.

Once payment has been received, the permit will be automatically added to our system. Our by-law enforcement uses an electronic system to monitor roadways and municipal lots. There are no physical permits to obtain for your vehicle.
