Navigate to [https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/dashboard](https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/dashboard)

Click on the transaction you would like to partially refund. 

Enter the amount you would like to refund to the donor. 

Type "partial refund" or information that will help with reconciliation later. 

Tip! The donor will recieve the refund back to the payment method within 48 hours.
