Hit " [[Escape]]".  If you are not logged into your website, you will need to log in.

Click the "Enter a Post Title" section and enter the title of the sermon.

Hover over the default text box until you see the blue plus sign and select it.

Add an Audio Block by selecting that option.  If you don't see it you can use the block search function.

Click Add An Audio Track.  You will need to select your audio file and allow it to upload.  We recommend using the YYYY-MM-DD naming convention for your audio file.

Follow this same process for the Author/Artist section by inputting the name of the speaker.

Type the sermon title in the Title box (this is the 3 place you have entered the title).

Enter the sermon text and any episode notes/sermon description in the episode note box.

Tip!  Please Note: this is the only box that will feed to apple podcasts.

Go to the Episode Duration Field.  By looking at the audio file on your computer, enter the episode duration following the format layout required.

Click Embed and ensure the file has fully uploaded.  You should see it in the field below.

Click outside of the audio box.  It will close.  There is no specific save button to that box as all work has been saved while entering.

Click "SAVE" on the top left of the page.

Click the 3 dot icon next to the post you have just created.

OPTIONAL: Click add image and upload a square associated with this individual sermon.  If chosen, it is important this process is followed for the sermon every week.  In terms of podcast players, this will only feed to Spotify.  Adding the square does help with the looks of the overall website.  We recommend designing the square in Canva for ease of creation and editing from week to week.  PLEASE NOTE:  If your sermons pages have been designed with an image in mind you will want to view this step as required.

Scroll down and click the "Post URL" field and update the editable portion of the URL to YYYY-MM-DD

Click the author drop down and select the speaker for this sermon.  If the speaker is not listed, you will need to add them or use the Guest Speaker option.  

Tip! Instructions for adding a speaker are available on another article.

Beginning typing the book of the bible that the message is from.  If the book does not automatically pop up, enter the entire name taking care to spell it correctly and hit enter.  It will look like below.   Once complete, hit back.  

Tip! PLEASE NOTE:  You are able to add as many Tags as you would like for sermons from multiple texts.

Enter the name of the sermon series.  If it shows, ensure you select the pre-existing option.  If not, then add it taking care to spell the series correctly.

Once the category is set it will look like below.  Select Back.

Click Published.   Ensure you are ready because one published data is set and the post is saved, the podcast will push to all services.

Select the date the message was preached.

We input the time of 12:00pm for all podcasts so they are consistent.  The time you choose is not relevant however it is best to choose the same time for each post.  

Tip!  PLEASE NOTE: The time choose is hard to get precise but can be manipulated with the right and left keys once you are near the desire time.

Ensure the correct date and time info show underneath the published option.
