How to Record a Bill Payment in MiPropertyPortal?

    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Go to "**Accounting**" under "Accounting & Reports" on the left navigation on dashboard
    Click on "**Bill**"
    Click on the "**View Details**" icon
    Click on "**Pay Bill**"
    "**Record a payment for this bill**" pop-up will appear
    You can either pay via **Online Payment (EFT) or Manual Payment**. For **EFT**, add the Account Holder Name, Institution Number, Transit Number or Branch Number, and Account Number
    Note : "MAKE SURE THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS VALID AND ACCURATE. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY WHEN A PAYMENT FAILS DUE TO AN INVALID ACCOUNT INFORMATION"
    **Tick** the boxes accordingly
    Click on **"Pay Now"**
    For "**Manual Paymen**t", go to the **Manual Payment tab**
    **Add** the Account Holder Name, Institution Number, Transit Number or Branch Number, and Account Number
    Click on "**Save**"
    **"Payment has been recorded successfully**" will show up. Click on "**OK**" to close
