How to Refund a Tenant Deposit in MiPropertyPortal?

Access the Admin Portal by logging in.
Go to the "**Tenant Management**" dropdown under "Administration" on left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**"

Search the Tenant and click on the "**Arrow**" to get into the tenant profile

On the Tenant/Details page, scroll and go to "**Deposit**" section

On the "Rental Deposit" section, click on "**Returned**"

Select the **Transaction Date**

Fill in the required information

Click on "**Submit**"

Once it is **submitted**, Partially submitted will show (Partially submitted will show if the Deposit amount is not yet fully returned)

You also have the option to delete the return transactions. **Just click the delete icon, and the transaction will be deleted and the returned amount will be reflected in the deposit amount.**

Click on **"Yes, Submit"**

Click on the icon beside "**Partially Adjusted**" to **View/Download receipt**
