How to Register a New Athlete for a Meet

Click the ATHLETES button.

Select the team in the dropdown.

If the roster looks full in the white box you can click Add Team to the Meet. If you are missing athletes, click MANAGE.

Click "REGISTER NEW ATHLETE"

Type the Athlete's name.

Click "SEARCH FOR INSIGHT ATHLETE"

Click "NO ATHLETE MATCH - REGISTER A NEW ATHLETE" or Match the athlete to their existing athlete profile.

Date of birth is required. Note for High Schools - put in today's date if you don't know it.

League ID is optional.

Click REGISTER THIS ATHLETE.

Click "TO INVITE TEAMS" to go back to the invite page.

Now that the roster looks correct, Click "ADD TEAM TO THE MEET"

If you think there's been an edit to a roser that isn't showing in your meet, simply click the REFRESH button and it will populate the new information.
