STEP 1: Book your room

In order to be here for all the fun, we recommend flying in on Wednesday, 3 September and flying out on Sunday, 7 September.
Pro Tip! You can also extend your stay if you wish! \ After all, this is our Convention, and your Vacation!\ \ Want to extend your stay or upgrade to a suite? - Book your standard dates using the ASEA link. - Once you receive your hotel confirmation number, email [events@aseaglobal.com](mailto:events@aseaglobal.com) with the following information: - Your full name - ASEA ID number - Hotel confirmation number - The dates for the additional nights and/or details for your suite upgrade (suite type if preferred) - The ASEA Events team will coordinate with the hotel - You'll receive a separate payment link directly from the hotel to confirm your request. **PLEASE NOTE:** - Extensions and upgrades are based on availability. - Requests are not confirmed until payment is completed with the hotel.

Next, you'll be asked to add your contact and payment information. Fill this out completely and finish your purchase.
IMPORTANT! Once you get your confirmation number, forward it or send it to events@aseaglobal.com so we can match your ticket with your confirmation number for you!
STEP 2: Get your Convention Ticket

Head to your Virtual Office[https://office.aseaglobal.com/](https://office.aseaglobal.com/Private/overview/Home.aspx) and log in

Head to "Shop" in the menu

Find "Event Ticket" in the left menu and select the "AVA Resort Global Convention Ticket"
NOTE: If you are staying at the AVA your Convention ticket is included in your stay and is completely free!\ If you are NOT staying at the AVA, you'll need to purchase your Convention Ticket here.
STEP 3: Transportation

You are responsible for your transportation from the airport to the AVA Resort. If you'd like to, you can add your flight information here <https://agents.amstardmc.com/asea-global-convention/transfers.html> and ASEA will provide a shuttle or a private car for a fee.
