Alert! The SOP Information & Educational Technology Department is able to provide remote troubleshooting support through a multitude of applications. They have direct access to all classroom computers and control panels.

In the event the incident is a physical one a technician will be dispatched to the room.

If Microsoft Teams is not already running on the classroom PC, you can open it by clicking on the icon in the taskbar quick launch.

You may have to click on the Chat bubble if it's not already selected.

Tip! Teams will already have a chat created. See blue box below as an example. This chat directly messages multiple IET team members who can assist in support.

Tip! Be as descriptive as possible in what issue you are facing. 

Enter your message in the space including what support you need.

Continue to communicate with the technician as they work to resolve your request.
