How to Reset Tenant Portal Account Password

This guide quickly shows how to regain access to the Tenant Portal by requesting a password reset link and completing the reset via email. Navigating to Tenant Portal Sign In

Navigate to <https://raamp.com/> > Select **Log In.**

Select the **Company Access ID** field > Enter **tenantportal** > Select **Continue**.

Resetting Account Password

Select **Forgot password?**

Enter your **email address** > Select **Email Link**

Navigate to your **email inbox** > Select the **RAAMP - Forgot Password** email > Select the **link** in the email.

Complete the **required** fields > Select **Reset**.

You'll receive a **Password Reset** email from RAAMP confirming the password reset was successful. You're ready to log in.
