Select a patient to review by clicking one of the MRN links on the left. You can also filter patients if you're looking for a specific MRN.

To Accept a label as correct, click "Accept".

To see the evidence in the original document, click the link next to the raw text. This will take you to the document view.

In this view, you can see the document's information and raw text on the right, and the variable instances using evidence from this document on the left. You can click the "+" next to any variable to expand it. You can edit the instance by clicking "Edit".

If you decide to Edit the instance, you can type in the edited value of the variable instance.

You can browse a patient by labels or documents. To view the documents for a patient, click "Documents" up top. To view any specific document in the list, Click "View".
