How to Rollover Programmes and Modules

Programme Creation
To start the rollover you need to create your blank programme shell for your content to be copied into.

Navigate to Programmes and Modules

Click "Programme Admin"

Click "Create a new Programme"

Type the Programme name into the field

Select the appropriate year of study and any other linked information.

Click "Create Programme"
Rollover Configuration

Click "Admin"
8
Click "Network Admin"

Click "Rollover Tools"

At the top of the page select the programme you wish to copy into (the one you have just created).

And at the bottom of the page select the programme you wish to copy from (last year's copy).

Click "Preview Group Rollover"
