Click the menu in the top left corner of the Dlivrd Dashboard

Set the Search Field to "Name" and click on the dropdown for the filter.

Select "Contains", an exact search will take into account any additional spaces or characters that you or the driver may have entered which can lead to invalid results.

Click the "Search:" field and enter the name of the driver that you are looking for,

The Driver's Username will appear directly to the left of their name in the search result.

Alert!  There may be drivers with the same name in multiple markets, make sure that you confirm the market of the driver you are retrieving the info for BEFORE you send it out.
