Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Click on **"Property Management**" dropdown on the left navigation

Click on **"Announcemen**ts"

Click on "**Tenant Announcement**" on the top right side of the screen

Click the "**Expiry date ..."** field to set an expiry date which works as a limitation/restriction

Choose the property by clicking on the dropdown under "**Select Property"**

Choose the tenant by clicking on the dropdown under "**Select Tenant"**

Click on the **"Header Line1**" field

Click on the "**Subject** \*" field to state the topic
