How to Send Different Forms to Tenants?

    Access the Admin Portal by logging in.
    Go to the **"Tenant Management**" dropdown under "Administration" on the left side navigation
    Click on "**Tenant**"
    Search for the tenant and click on the "**Dropdown**" icon under the "Form" column
    Click on any **Form**. For instance, we're choosing "**N7-Notice to end tenancy for causing serious problems"**
    After clicking on a form, it will redirect to the Form "**Edit**" Page
    Select the "**Termination Date"**
    Tick the "**Reason**" boxes
    Fill in the **Date/Time** for the events leading up to the Eviction
    Fill in the "**Details of the Events"**
    Fill in the required information
    Check the **details**
    Tick the boxes
    Fill in the **required** information (Optional)
    Read Carefully and check everything. Once done, Scroll up to the beginning
    Tick the **"By selecting this box I confirm the validity of the form and content within" box**
    Click on **"Send Email"**
    Put a **Subject** of the Email
    Type the **Email Content** here
    Tick the "**Add a calendar event**" box to get notified
    Click on **"Send Email to Tenant"**
