How to Send Email or SMS to Tenants?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

There are two ways in our portal that you can use to **Send Emails or SMS to your tenants**. The first way is to use the **"Mailbox or Envelope"** function in the portal on the top right corner of the screen

Once in the "Mailbox" section, click on "**Compose**"

Select the recipient from the drop-down under "**To"** menu

Add Subject of the mail under "**Subject**" field

Write your message under the "**Message**" field

Add footer if needed under the "**Footer**" field

Click on **"+" Sig**n under "Attachments" to include any sort of attachments

Review the information & tick the box beside **"Send Email"**

If you want to send the message as an SMS or Text Message, make sure to tick the the box beside "**Send Text Message (SMS)"**

Provide the recipient’s active phone number in the "**Phone number"** field

After reviewing the information click on "**Send**"

The second way is to go directly to the **Tenant’s profile**. To do that click on the "**Tenant Management**" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on "**Tenant**" under "Tenant Management" drop-down under the left navigation

Find & click the **Tenant** that you want to send an Email or SMS

Click on "**Email**" icon above the "Action" drop-down to send an email

Put the Recipient's email under "**Email**" field.

Add Subject of the mail under "**Subject**" field

Write your message under the ""**Body** \*" field

Click on **"+" Sign** under "Attachments" to include any sort of attachments

Tick the box named "**Send me a copy**" if you want to receive a copy of the email that you're sending

Click on "**Submit**" to finish up

To send SMS,click on "**SMS**" icon above the "Action" drop-down

Put the number under the "**Cell Phone Number** \*" field or check the number that is already provided
