How to Send Email or Send SMS to Vendors while Assigning Work Order?

    Tip- When dealing with service requests & work orders, communication is vital for property managers, landlords, & vendors. In Mi Property Portal, we made sure that you can easily communicate the work that needs to be done with these easy & simple steps.
    Log into the Admin Portal
    Click on "Tenant Management" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation
    Click on "Service Request"
    Click on "More Action" dropdown on the far right under user email section
    Click on "New Service Request"
    Fill in the required fields with accurate information
    Choose the Approval for "Approval Required" if appropriate
    Click on " Browse" to upload pictures/documents from the device
    Click on "Submit"
    Click on "Approve"
    Click on the "Write a comment ... (optional)" field to put any comment , remarks etc.
    Click on "Submit"
    On the "Service Request/Details" page, click on "Assign" under the Spanner and Screwdriver image
    There are 2 ways to successfully Assign the Service Request to a Vendor. 1. "Create Work Order" 2. "Skip Creating Work Order".\ Both the steps are shown below: Click on "Create Work Order"
    For Work Order Request, fill in the required fields with accurate information
    Choose a vendor from "Select a Vendor" dropdown. The field will be automatically filled if the vendor's information is complete"
    Tick the box "Send email to vendor (applicable only when a valid email is provided)"
    Put an email address under "Send email copy (cc):" field if you want to receive a copy of the email
    Click "Send SMS to vendor (applicable only when a valid cell phone number is provided)"
    Click on "TENANT INFORMATION"
    Fill the required fields under "UNIT ENTRY LOG"
    Click this file field.Click on "Browse" to upload documents from the device
    Click on "Submit"
