You can add any additional information you require into the body of this email, including the [Phew Respondents' Guide](https://academy.phew.org.uk/en/knowledge/online-auditing-and-reporting-tool#respondents-guide).

**If this is the first time you are sending an audit** you must tick this box to allow respondent's to reset their password the first time they login

Once you are ready to send, click the "Email" button

You will then see a green success message

Click "Audits" to navigate back to the main dashboard

Your audit will now have a timestamped date on
