Locate the loan in your pipeline and "Click" on the loan number to go into the loan file

Click  the "Send" button next to the Pre Approval Letter

You can edit the wording in the template here. If more customization is needed, a System Admin can add a custom template in Settings &gt; Print Forms

Click "Save & Continue" to bring up the email template

Click the "Document" link to preview the document. You will also have the ability to edit the email template here.

Click "Send Email" to send the document to your client
