Select the appropriate filter. You can choose all Lead/Unknown/GRR, or focus on lead, GRR, or unknown one at a time. 

Choose if you'd like the letters to be sent by 120Water or to download your letter template and send yourself. 

Note there is a fee per letter to have 120Water send them on your behalf. Inquire with your 120Water Account Manager if you have questions about this.

Choose the appropriate letter template that you created for the notification.
