How to Send an Owner Statement without inviting Owner to the portal?

    Log in to the Admin Portal
    Go to "Reports" under "ACCOUNTING & REPORTS" on the Left Navigation
    Once in "Reports section, click on "Owner" tab
    Click on "Owner Statement (Period Range)"
    Select the 'Date-Month/Year" start range by clicking the 'Calendar" field under "Period Start \*"
    Select the 'Date-Month/Year' end range by clicking the 'Calendar" field under "Period End \*"
    Click "Period End *"
    Choose the owner by selecting from the dropdown under "Select Owner"
    Choose the property by selecting from the dropdown under "Property"
    Click on "View Report"
    The "Owner Statement" would look like this , now scroll upwards
    Click on "Email Report"
    If you want to receive a copy of the email/report - tick the "Send me a copy of the email" box
    Click on "Send Report"
