How to Set CAM Expense Account Grouping?

    Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
    Click "**Dropdown**" with a '**Gear**' sign
    Click on **"CAM Settings"**
    Tip! **- Basically CAM refers to Common Area Maintenance**
    Click on "**Admin Fee (%) per sqft**" to set the admin fee
    Click on "**Save Admin Fee"**
    Click on **"New Group"**
    Click on **"Group Name \*" to give a title**
    Click on **"Calculation Type \*" dropdown to choose from "TOTAL & RENT"**
    **Click on "Note" to write any comments, observation**
    Select the **expense account types**
    Click on "**Submit**" to create the group
    Click on the "**Trash**" icon to delete
    Click on "**Yes, Remove**" to confirm
