Type a name for your period. In this case, we will be setting up early bird prices for our tennis courts.

Add a description for yourself to remember what the pricing period contains.

Set a start and end date, to create a time period in which this specific pricing period will be active.

You can drag and drop the periods to rearrange the order

Set the date, start, and end time you want this pricing period to be active and click Click "Add" Repeat this for other days and times.

Select the pros and/or agendas you want to be affected by this pricing period.

We will now enter the new prices in the appointment type(s). In the left menu, click "Appointment types"

Open one of your appointment types that requires a new price

Select the pricing period you have created and enter the new price

In this example, we have now added a new price of $10 to our appointment-type 1 hour court hire on weekdays from 8 to 10 AM. Let's check this. Go back to "Dashboard"

Open the agenda which has the new pricing

Click "8:00 AM" (Or the time you have set)

Check the price field. In our example, you can see it automatically changes the price to $10 as set in the pricing period
