Before you begin using the F&B List, you need to set up your add-ons so that the F&B will recognise specific add-ons tagged to the food and beverage list as breakfast, lunch and dinner items. 

How to set up and manage the Food and Breakfast list

Give your add-on a name such as 'Breakfast', 'Lunch' and 'Dinner'. You may also choose something more specific, like "4-Course Dinner" or "Dinner and Cocktail Special".

Before you save your F&B items, enable the toggle corresponding to the specific F&B list item. For instance, the Breakfast toggle if adding a breakfast item and the Lunch toggle if it's a lunch item.

**Important:** You must activate the Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner toggle for **all** add-ons (dietary requirements or any other add-ons) to show in the F&B list.

You can allocate multiple add-ons to the F&B list for each meal service toggle. For instance, if you want to create a cocktail special or a 4-course meal, activate the toggle for the relevant meal-service period, and the add-on will be clearly labelled under the 'Breakfast,' 'Lunch,' or 'Dinner' filter. 

For add-ons, you can also activate toggles to allow guests to book breakfast, lunch or dinner through the booking engine as an add-on. If these items are classified as F&B items, the reservation will automatically be added to the F&B list on the corresponding date.

**Tip!**: When a guest creates a reservation with an add-on selected with the F&B toggle activated for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the system will log the reservation with the add-on(s) in the F&B list accordingly. 

How to view your reservations in the F&B list

Click on the Reservations module to view your reservations in the F&B list.

We have added a date picker to view upcoming F&B requirements easily.

These arrows will navigate the daily F&B one day forward or backward.

By clicking on the ‘Filter’, a dropdown will appear where you can select which F&B reservations you would like to see (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, No F&B).

The icon will be dark grey when the reservation includes an F&B item.

The icon will be light grey when the booking has no F&B items (classified as a ‘No F&B’ reservation.)

Mealtime tags for add-on tags will appear here for mealtime planning at a glance.

**Please note:** You may only view the F&B list per day and not per week or month.
