Using the Operation Times setting, calls to your IVR can be redirected to different destinations based on the time they are received. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the setup process.

Click "IVR".

Click  on the IVR that you need to modify.

Under Default Destination, Select a Destination to which all calls will be redirected in case the call comes *outside* the working hours, and if it is not defined otherwise with additional rules available.

Closed Dates\
This section allows users to set the specific date/s and time when all calls are redirected to the 'Default Destination'.

Click on the "+" button to Add a Time range.

Populate the Description, Destination, Date From, Date To, Time From, and Time To.

NOTE: If the 'Destination' field in the 'Closed Dates' is set, all calls will go to the set Destination instead of the default one.

Ensure that the Date and Times on Closed Dates are populated.

Custom Destinations\
This section allows users to redirect all calls received during set days/hours (e.g weekend) to the Extension provided as a Destination. Click "+" to add a Custom Destination.

On below example, if a call comes between 08:00 and 15:00 o’clock Mondays to Fridays , the call would be redirected to the Destination 1000
