Alert!  a Mentor payment can only come from the agents portion of commission or the Brokerages portion of commission.

Tip!  While the mentors payment can only come out of the agents or Brokerages portion of commission - you can choose where that payment should be calculated from.

You have the ability to allocate a % of side count or % of volume to the mentor, otherwise you can put zero in these fields

Set the start and end date for how long the mentor shall receive a mentor fee

Alert! The mentor will automatically be removed from mentee on the end date

Enter the % rate the mentor is to receive. This rate will calculate off the value you set in step 9
